A Different Class

With the introduction of the new Building Regulations 2010 there has been a change to SBEM that means the activity classes for designated room use now follows Planning Classes i.e A1 to D2. With Industrial property it is becoming clear it is far easier to achieve a pass whilst performing SBEM Calculations for those Buildings with a B2 Class (Industrial Process) than for those with a B8 (Storage and Distribution) Class.
