L2 Energy Consulting complete the 'As Built' SBEM Calculation and Energy Performance Certificate for their new facility on Portland in Dorset. We successfully guided the client away from the use of wall mounted electric heaters which have a detrimental effect on most buildings when performing SBEM Calculations. A high efficiency gas fired condensing boiler was used instead to help the property fly through Building Regulations Part L.
Industrial Building, Weymouth
L2 Energy Consulting have just finished a comprehensive fee proposal for providing SBEM Calculations, EPC and a Breeam Industrial Assessment for a large Industrial Building in Weymouth. The property is circa 26,000 sqft over two floors and for a private client.
