SBEM on new Maths Block completed

L2 Energy have recently completed SBEM Calculations on a new Maths Block for a Secondary School in Hampshire. Heated by the ever popular Air Source Heat Pump into a wet underfloor system with mechanical ventilation provided to teaching space, this new build is set to start on site by the end of June 2013.

SBEM Calculations & EPC Completed on Hampshire Convent.

L2 Energy have completed the SBEM Calculations and Energy Performance Certificate on Abbey House, Romsey. The building provides new accommodation for the Daughters of Wisdom. Heating is provided by an underfloor wet system via the use of an Air Source Heat Pump and utilizing latest energy efficient lighting technology which will provide energy efficient living for the sisters for many years to come.

SBEM Calculations on London development completed

L2 Energy Consulting complete SBEM Calculations for commercial areas of a new development in London. With an obligation to achieve a 25% improvement on current Building Regulations Part L: Conservation of Fuel and Power via the Energy Hierarchy policy, L2 Energy Consulting were able to advise a solution to achieve this without the use of renewable energy. This will be a thing of the past following the introduction of Part L 2013 set to come into force from 1st October.

SBEM Calculations complete on proposed new development in Fareham

L2 Energy start 2013 the way they mean to go on throughout the whole year with the completion of SBEM Calculations on the a proposed new Co-op store in Fareham. At design stage the new scheme is sailing through Building Regulation Compliance under Part L2A with the CO2 emissions expected to be in the order of 15% lower than the Target Emission Rate set by the 2010 Regulations.
